Immediately following the devastating floods, the NAG team began delivering emergency aid to affected communities. Despite destroyed roads and bridges, mud, debris and persistent rainfall, we are reaching villages and people who lost everything within moments.
In Nuwakot, we provided 100 children and their families with essential supplies, including food, blankets, clothing, hygiene items and first-aid materials. Local health centres also received urgently needed medicines and medical supplies.
We are also providing practical assistance to people staying in emergency shelters in Kathmandu and Betrawati – from food, mattresses and clothing to hygiene items, kitchen supplies and sanitation facilities. For 37 children affected by the disaster, we brought toys, books and craft materials to provide moments of comfort and a sense of normality during this difficult time.
NAG delivers what is urgently needed and specifically requested on the ground. With our team in Nepal and direct contact with people and local aid workers in the affected areas, we can respond quickly and provide targeted, practical assistance where it is needed most.
The need remains great. Your support enables us to continue providing urgently needed assistance to affected families and communities in the weeks ahead.

Thank you for making this emergency aid possible.
